Cobblestone (Medina sandstone).

5. Condition:

Very good condition, rebuilt in 1997.

6. Comments:

This is one of four Cobblestone District streets that were recently rebuilt. The Preservation Coalition of Buffalo and Erie County organized 300 volunteers who assisted in the reconstruction. All cobblestones are laid horizontally except for a large diagonal section about half-way down the street. Curbstones are cut granite. .
