Bailey's Woes.
An Execution Failed for Lack of Attachable Property.
August 4 Walter G. Hopkins obtained a judgment in the Superior Court against George M. Bailey for $6,145.58, and instructions were given to Sheriff Beck to attach sufficient of Bailey's property to satisfy the amount of the judgment. Yesterday the execution papers were filed in the Superior Court Clerk's office, together with a statement from the Sheriff that he had been unable to find any real or personal property to attach.
