The Hiker

Description:

United Spanish War Veterans. Erected by the City of Buffalo commemmorating the valor and patriotism of the men of this city who served in the War with Spain, Philippine Insurrection and China Relief Expedition, 1898 - 1902. Dedicated May 29, 1920, under the auspices of the Joint Buffalo City Board, United Spanish War Veterans, composed of Seyburn-Liscum Camp No. 15, Maj. Gen. R.P. Hughes Camp No. 17.
